There are windows and doors available that are very energy efficient. i.e. D/glazed or D/glared sealed IG units.

Q. How can I reduce noise?
Noise reduction is one of the most challenging types of work we face. However, our experienced reps can offer you specific types of windows and doors that are designed to help reduce noise.

Q. How can I clean my windows easily?
Many of our replacement windows have special hardware that allows the windows to tilt or swing in for easy cleaning.

Q. How can I stop water coming in every time it rains?
Water leaking problems require very specific knowledge. Only a very experienced rep can isolate leaks and provide a product with a special installation method to prevent future leaks.

Q. How can I avoid painting every year?
There are windows and doors available that require very little or no maintenance at all.

Q. How can I stop termite problems?
Termites like wood! There are windows and doors that look like wood but they are not.

Q. What sliding door slides better?
The larger or heavier the rollers, the better sliders slide. Some sliding patio doors use tandem roller systems that are smoother and quieter than regular rollers.

Q. Can my windows and doors have screens that look good?
All windows and doors that can open have insect screens. Some are removable or slide.

Q. Can I have screens that disappear?
Disappearing or folding screens are very convenient. Theses types of screens are adaptable to most of the windows, sliding patio doors, or sing doors.

Q. Can I have 2 different colors on the inside and outside?
Yes, there are two tone products available.

Q. How can I meet my condo association standards?
Working with condo associations are one of our specialties that we take great pride in.

Q. Can I have a window that opens fully so I can move furniture through it?
Yes, there are certain types of windows that can open fully with no middle post or obstruction.

Q. What is this "utility rebate" I hear about?
Some municipalities do offer a rebate if you replace your old windows or doors with certain types of energy efficient windows or doors.

Q. Do I have to move my shutters?
Interior shutters usually can stay as they are. Our experienced reps can advise you.
